THE 1953 CONDO MIXED DEVELOPMENT BY OXLEY HOLDINGS
This new freehold mixed development bids fair to become one of the most beautiful new projects to land on the market in 2019. Even its name has a certain catchy ring to it. The 1953 condo is a fusion of the old and the new. The old as represented by 7 shophouses, to be tastefully conserved, and blended with the modern section of the development.

The Lumina Grand is a new executive condo in the HDB town of Bedok, on the fringe with Tengah. It will not be within walking distance of an MRT station, but will be closest to the Plantation station in Tengah.
However what makes this Lumina Grand EC special is that it will be the only executive condo launching for sale in 2024. Brownie points also for the fact that the developer is among the most established and reputable developers in Singapore.

Response is expected to be relatively good for this Lumina Grand showflat, not just because there won’t be any other EC launch in 2024, but also because of the pedigree of CDL.
