THE ROYALGREEN CONDO SHOWFLAT
The next very attractive condo to launch will be the RoyalGreen condo by Allgreen Properties. This is a low-rise freehold project that is located in a prime location, as compared to Rivertrees Residences that is situated in a HDB heartland town.
RoyalGreen will be a luxury product, given its upmarket location. This project, together with Fourth Avenue Residences and Juniper Hill, that all are strung along Bukit Timah Road, will form Allgreen’s Bukit Timah Collection.
Of the three, the RoyalGreen condo is undoubtedly the best. For a start, it is close to an MRT station, the Sixth Avenue station, just like Fourth Avenue Residences, compared to the 10 to 15 minutes walk from Juniper Hill to Stevens MRT station.
