THE ARCADY CONDO SHOWFLAT

The next very attractive condo to launch will be the Arcady Boon Keng condo by KSH Holdings. This is a mid-rise freehold project that is located in a city fringe location, as compared to Rivertrees Residences that is situated in a HDB heartland town.

The Arcady Boon Keng condo will be a luxury product, given its relatively central location. It is being built on the site of the former Euro-Asia Apartments, that was sold in a collective en-bloc sale. A consortium led by KSH Holdings, that included partners SLB Development, and H10 Holdings, was the highest bidder for the land.

The site is located along Barnabas Lane, off Serangoon Road, in the Kallang Planning Area. Hence the Arcady Boon Keng condo, as the name implies, is within a short walk from Boon Keng MRT station on the North-East line. This station is just three stops from Doby Ghaut station at Orchard Road, and four stops to Clarke Quay station in the CBD.
